against Operating Engineers International Union The IUOE General Executive Board is still processing charges against the IUOE rank file from the various Locals in the US. However, the IUOE Officers are doing nothing meaningful against the corrupt NY IUOE Locals 14 & 15 Officers who are alleged to be in league with the Mafia in selling out the members of IUOE Locals 14 & 15. The IUOE Officers have been stonewalling against making public to the IUOE Members what has occurred in NY Locals 14 & 15 and what investigations they are conducting regarding the allegations against General President Emeritus Frank Hanley regarding selling to former IUOE VP McGuire a VP appointment for $80,000. as reported in the NY press.
